Business Smart Kids International (BUSKI), the official distributor of KidsMBA in Uganda, is a social enterprise that nurtures young, innovative brains with elementary business fundamentals for the essential skills and know-how required to cultivate their childhood dreams into successful, innovative ventures.
We believe young adulthood is a critical stage in every child's growth, where skills, attitudes, and values that guide future choices take root.
Our success in raising such a generation of unstoppable dreamers or visionaries lies in parents, teachers, leaders, and every hand that raises a child, to foster their curiosity at an early age, embrace failure, nurture creativity and instill resilience with grace.

OUR WORK
The work of Business Smart Kids International (BUSKI) focuses on future readiness of kids and young adults around the following FOUR (4) PILLARS that shape their character, skills, and worldview on their journey to becoming affluent future CEOs.
PILLAR 1 - SKILLS
The skills pillar focuses on three main areas: Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy, and Leadership
1. Enterpreneurship
Encourages and develops creativity, problem-solving, and innovation empowers them to create opportunities rather than wait for them. This is mainly done through the following international programs with international certification:
a. KidsMBA
b. ABE Business Builder Programme
2. Digital Literacy
Digital literacy addresses responsible and ethical use of technology that ensures that young adults thrive in the digital era without falling prey to misinformation or unhealthy online habits.
3. Leadership Development
Training in communication, teamwork, and vision-building that prepares kids and young adults in guiding communities and organisations toward progress.
PILLAR 2 - MIND-SET:
The mind-set pillar focuses on two main areas of critical thinking and emotional Intelligence.
1. Critical Thinking
Equipping young adults with the ability to analyse, question, and evaluate information helps them make sound decisions in a complex world.
2. Emotional Intelligence
Building self-awareness, empathy, and resilience that fosters healthier relationships and prepares them for leadership roles.
PILLAR 3 – VALUES:
The values Pillar focusses on two main areas: Character Building, Global Awareness.

Instilling values like integrity, accountability, and perseverance that ensures their positive contribution to society.
