Business Smart Kids International (BUSKI), the official distributor of KidsMBA in Uganda, is a social enterprise that nurtures young, innovative brains with elementary business fundamentals for essential skills and know-how required to cultivate their childhood dreams into successful, innovative ventures.
We believe that young adulthood is a critical stage in every child's growth where skills, attitudes, and values that guide future choices are rooted.
Our success in raising such a generation of unstoppable dreamers or visionaries lies in parents, teachers, leaders, and every hand that raises a child, to foster their curiosity at an early age, embrace failure, nurture creativity and instill resilience with grace.

How We Work:
We strive to achieve our vision through a team of qualified facilitators, trainers, and developing partnerships of excellence that add value to our programs and share knowledge with a touch of local and international expertise.
BUSKI focuses on creating effective systems and avenues for research around supportive policies for ensuring access to funding or partnerships that would sustain incubation, development, success and growth of outstanding projects and small enterprises for young people.
BUSKI provides a safe space for teens and youth to research and develop business ideas in any area of interest, passion, or professional career aspiration to create SMART goals, process innovative ventures to conclusion, and pitch business ideas that can be developed into real life businesses.
What You Achieve:
Teens and youth who enrol at any of the BUSKI’s programs receive mentorship in key professional skills required to excel in any area of their choice and to make an ethical contribution to society with dignified innovative work.
They get the opportunity to sharpen their intellectual and practical capabilities on real life requirements for effectively running cross-generational ventures in an adaptive manner, based on the dynamics of the ever fast changing global environment.
Programmes run by BUSKI
1. KidsMBA.
The KidsMBA program is our flagship programme which empowers students with entrepreneurial know-how that enables them to gain confidence and develop practical understanding of what running a business entail. This is program aims at preparing a well-grounded breed of future private sector practitioners with the required capacity to drive private sector growth to astutely contribute to the economic growth and development of their local, regional, and global economy.
2. Life Pillars
BUSKI offers training on foundational areas that support a balanced, meaningful and purpose-driven life. Think of them as the key domains where personal growth, fulfilment and resilience are cultivated. Some of the life pillars include:
