Endorsed by the Association of Business Executives UK (ABE-UK), the KidsMBA is a transformative programme that equips young learners with the mindset and skills for entrepreneurial success and values-driven leadership. It prepares youth for future careers by cultivating essential competencies focused on job creation rather than job seeking. Through innovation and lifelong learning, the programme empowers learners and nurtures tomorrow’s business leaders today.

It instills confidence and provides a practical understanding of what running a business entails—sparking curiosity and building foundational knowledge applicable across all fields of study.
The programme promotes self-drive, critical thinking, research, writing, public speaking, and presentation skills—tools that enhance academic, professional, and personal development from an early age. In today’s rapidly changing global context, entrepreneurial skills are increasingly valued by employers and communities, and youth entrepreneurship will be shaped by innovative young minds.

The programme offers flexible delivery through school clubs, holiday mentorship camps, and online platforms.
The KidsMBA programme comprises sixteen modules, each delivered in a minimum of two hours using ABE’s pre-scripted lecture packs, role play, interactive games, and guided discussions—ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
At the end of the programme, students participate in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ (or ‘Shark Tank’) style pitch event. The winner receives the prestigious KidsMBA Star Performer certificate and trophy, with an opportunity to compete in the international ‘Future Entrepreneur’ competition. All other participants receive a KidsMBA Certificate of Achievement co-branded with ABE—an internationally recognized awarding body. This certificate adds lasting value to students’ academic and professional profiles.
